By registering for or attending any event organized by The Soshio Club, you agree to the following terms:

Event Registration

• Registration is confirmed only after successful payment.
• Event tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise specified.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Tickets are generally non-refundable.
• If an event is cancelled by The Soshio Club, participants will receive a refund or the option to transfer their booking to a future event.
• Requests for date changes or transfers are subject to availability and approval.

Participation

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to attend wellness or fitness activities. Attendance is at your own risk.

Photography & Media

Photos and videos may be captured during events for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of such content unless you notify us otherwise before the event.

Code of Conduct

We are committed to creating a respectful and inclusive environment. Any inappropriate, abusive, or disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the event without a refund.

Changes to Events

The Soshio Club reserves the right to modify event schedules, venues, instructors, or activities if necessary.

Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, photographs, and event materials are the property of The Soshio Club and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.
